Story of Margaret's & Pioneer Women of Texas
Margaret's was chosen as a reference to the early Dallas boom-time years, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, when Margaret was always a popular name.
Margaret's is named for influential women who represent the Dallas pioneering spirit - a powerful woman who was the bedrock of her family and community.
The restaurants namesake bar is meant to be the hotel's primary gathering place and watering-hole for locals and visitors alike - where everyone feels at home.
