Meet Executive Chef Jonah Friedmann

Chef Friedmann is a Chicago-born chef with a passion for seasonality and locality, using inspiration from travels and influential personal moments to develop his eclectic culinary tastes. He has held positions at hotels across the United States ranging from boutiques to 1,700-room hotels. Friedmann was featured on NBC's 'Texas Today' and was named the "Rising Star Chef" at the 2022 CultureMap Dallas Tastemaker Awards.

Chef Friedmann brings over a decade of experience to the first JW Marriott hotel in Dallas, having trained at the Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales.
